Sony RX0 Action Camera & SEL18135 Wide-Zoom Lens Launched in India || All about Price & Specs.

Sony launched  RX0 waterproof action camera in India. The same has been priced at Rs. 65,000 and will go on sale today.
 The company has also launched the SEL18135 lens for the Indian market with a price tag of Rs. 50,000. Both new offerings will be available at:
1 all Sony Center.
2 Alpha Flagship Stores.
3 Sony authorized dealers.
SPECS OF RX0 ACTION CAMERA:
It has 1.0-inch Exmor RS CMOS image sensor which supports sensitivity up to ISO 12800. The camera has a BIONZ X processor and DRAM chip set that enables faster, large-volume output. Camera has wide-angle ZEISS Tessar T 24mm lens with f/4 aperture. It supports an Anti-Distortion Shutter feature and speed 1/32000 per second too. It reduces the rolling shutter effect experienced with fast-moving subjects. Further, it supports maximum burst shooting capability at up to 16fps frame rate and a super slow motion functionality at a frame rate of up to 960/1000fps. Sony RX0 has an IPX8-certified build that is operable immersed in up to a water depth of 10 metres (33 feet) for 60 minutes. This can be expanded at up to 100 metres (330 feet) depth when paired with the new MPK-HSR1 housing. Sony also claims that the camera has a shock-resistant build that can withstand drops from up to two metres (6.5 feet) and withstand tough shooting conditions, including rain, sand, dust, and snow.

SONY SEL 18135 LENS SPECS:
The Sony SEL18135 lens has dimension of  67.2x88mm and weight of 325 grams. The lens support 7.5x optical zoom with a focal length of 18-135mm on APS-C or 27-202.5mm in 35mm equivalent focal length. It is designed for APS-C sensor cameras, including the Sony A6500, A6300, and A6000. Sony provides a magnification ratio of 0.29x and minimum focus distance of 0.45m with built-in optical image stabilisation (OIS). The lens also has a linear motor that provides high-speed shooting and video capabilities.
